The fresh leaves of Lemon Balm are considered to be an uplifting herb and make a relaxing tea or a unique culinary addition to salads. Lemon Balm is very easy to grow, and produces abundantly once established. It prefers a location with decently fertile soil, and plenty of water. An excellent variety for container gardening.
