The Rise And Fall is a small design studio based in Florence, Massachusetts specializing in hand printed textiles and home accessories. Founded in 2005 by Josh Cohen and Laura Manning, the studio operated out of London and Brooklyn before settling in western Mass. Now situated in the sunny top floor of a Victorian era brush factory, the studio has stayed true to it's ethos of hand-crafting and using local and sustainably sourced materials when possible.
With backgrounds in fine art and fashion, Josh and Laura have brought diverse influences to their design practice resulting in a unique, accessible, and often quirky aesthetic.
