It's Samin! The star of the Netflix series Salt Fat Acid Heat and author of the blockbuster cookbook is Cherry Bombe's latest cover girl. In honor of Cherry Bombe's 13th issue, they asked Samin Nosrat 13 questions about her life, her TV show, mental health, and more. They also ask why she thinks her show has resonated so strongly with so many of us. "I was given the opportunity to just be me," she said, "and not have to be or look or act like anyone else."
