Antares F1 Fennel Seeds

Antares is a highly productive culinary fennel (Foeniculum vulgare) that produces large, round succulent licorice flavored bulbs. A 2017 All American Selections winner based on the merits of improved flavor. 

Fennel is a perennial crop that can be sown spring through early fall, and has a fair degree of cold hardiness. Winter sowings are possible in climates with low frost. Antares will produce a harvestable bulb slightly over 70 days when seeded in ideal soil and climate conditions.
